Most commercial bakeries are set up to make large quantities of a small number of lines. Sweet Expectations is different, we operate from an Auckland City Council "A" grade certified kitchen, but our equipment and set-up is geared for efficiently producing short runs. We have a real passion for producing high quality food and "Baked in the heart with love" is not just our motto, it reflects our passion for food.

We can work with you for that one-off special event or if you need a regular supplier let us supply specialist short run custom baking for your cafe or other food related business.
